General
We are a Canadian online lending service that specializes in short-term loans for borrowers with bad credit, damaged credit, or no credit history at all. We approve based on income — not credit score.
We are a licensed loan broker connecting borrowers with authorized third-party lenders across Canada. All loan terms are issued directly by the participating lender and are subject to final qualification and regulatory approval.
Yes. We operate in full compliance with federal and provincial lending regulations. All partner lenders are licensed in their respective provinces and adhere to Canadian consumer protection laws.
02
Credit & Approval
Yes. BadCreditLoansCanada.ca was built specifically for Canadians with bad or no credit. We approve applications based on your current income, not your credit score or past financial history.
No. We do not perform hard credit inquiries. Applying with us will not impact your credit score in any way. This is one of our core differentiators from traditional banks.
We approve at a high rate (around 92% of applicants with regular income), but approval is not unconditional. All applications are reviewed based on income and repayment ability. Lenders who promise unconditional guarantees are not being truthful.
None. There is no minimum credit score requirement. We accept applicants with poor, fair, damaged, or no credit history at all — including newcomers to Canada and young adults building their first credit profile.
03
Amounts & Terms
Loan amounts range from $100 to $1,500, subject to your income and provincial lending regulations. The amount you’re approved for is based on what your income can support for repayment — not on your credit score.
No. Your credit score does not cap your loan amount at BadCreditLoansCanada.ca. Loan limits are based entirely on your income. Most applicants qualify for between $100 and $1,500.
Repayment terms are aligned with your pay cycle — typically 7 to 30 days. All fees, interest, and repayment terms are clearly disclosed before you accept. There are no hidden charges.
No. We charge the same flat provincial rate regardless of your credit history. There is no bad credit surcharge, no additional processing fee, and no hidden costs. Your total loan cost — a single flat fee regulated by your province — is disclosed in full before you accept.
Yes. Borrowers who repay on time are eligible for increased loan amounts on future applications. This also helps rebuild your credit record over time.
04
Process & Timing
Most applicants complete the application in under 2 minutes, receive an approval decision within minutes, and receive funds via Interac e-Transfer within 15 to 30 minutes. Same-day approval and delivery is standard.
Yes. BadCreditLoansCanada.ca operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and statutory holidays. Emergency situations don’t keep business hours, and neither do we.
All approved funds are delivered via Interac e-Transfer directly to your Canadian bank account. If you have auto-deposit enabled, funds arrive within 15-30 minutes. Without auto-deposit, you accept the transfer through your bank’s online portal and funds are available immediately.
You’ll need your name, contact information, income details, government ID number, and active Canadian bank account information. No faxing, no physical paperwork, no document uploads required.
05
Income & Eligibility
We accept all regular income types including employment wages, self-employment income, EI, ODSP, CPP, disability payments, child tax benefits, and most other government assistance programs.
There is no set minimum — we evaluate whether your income is sufficient to repay the loan amount you’re requesting. Modest or part-time income can qualify.
Yes. ODSP, EI, CPP, disability payments, and most government benefit programs are accepted as qualifying income for any of our loan products.
Yes. Freelancers, gig workers, contractors, and self-employed individuals are welcome. We evaluate cash flow and banking activity rather than traditional pay stubs.
Each application is evaluated individually based on your current income and existing obligations. Having an existing loan does not automatically disqualify you — our system reviews your total repayment capacity.
